It’s been about a month since I last made an entry. I guess there just isn’t a whole lot to talk about until some things have happened, and not just one event.

June 28th, Kowalski All-Star Wrestling, and WCWA teamed up for a fundraising event for the NEADS organization. The event drew well, which I believe is thanks to Lita’s appearance for autographs. It was kind of interesting to have people in the crowd knowing me from somewhere (non-wrestling related). It was an interesting night. At the end of the night, anyone who participated in the night’s event was handed a t-shirt. They were specially made NEADS t-shirts, but n the back was slogan about wrestling. Some said, “Wrestling has gone to the Dogs”. I was handed “Wrestling is Ruff”.

This past Saturday Night, I ended up pulling referee duty for New England Championship Wrestling, down in Hamden, CT. I never really thought I would end up doing anything there. I met up with a few new faces from New Jersey, and met up with some recently met, and of course there are some guys I’ve been working with since I started out in the wrestling business. I look forward to working for NECW in the near future.

Sunday, the 20th is the Slamtech exhibition. This event is for students who are ready, some who have been around for a while, and some friend’s and associates of Slamtech. If you are interested in this, you can buy tickets at the Slamtech website.

As if no one has heard it yet, PWF-Northeast is closing its doors. August 16th will be my last time working for them, and it’s not by choice. I can’t say I’m totally surprised it’s happening as PWF-Northeast had some problems since their January event being cancelled. A few more events were cancelled, or one was re-located to the Loomis Arena.

I’m happy to have been a part of the PWF-Northeast. To the PWF-Northeast promoters: Thank you for a great opportunity to work. I was thrilled when I was called upon to make my first duties at Animosity last year. That had to be the first time I felt accomplished as a referee. I won’t ever forget the atmosphere of working for PWF-Northeast. It’s been a great run. Once again, thank you for a great opportunity!
