I’m just changing web servers…this one will be much better. Things will run much more smoothly with this one. There will also be a new layout for this site in the coming weeks.

I guess I got some catching up to do. July 19th I refereed the AWA show featuring Greg “The Hammer” Valentine. What else can I say about the show? At one point as I was going for the count, Frankie Armadillo kicked out of Johnny Vegas’ pin, and then Johnny landed right on me.

July 20th was the Slamtech event. Many may be confused on how this was run. Yes the event was for Slamtech students, however the only students booked to wrestle on the event were the ones that were ready. Secondly, it wasn’t limited to Slamtech students and trainers. From the results that have been posted on a few message boards, you can see how this was. Several people from the NECW and WFA rosters were on the card as well.

July 26th was the return of NWA-New England since its benefit event. It hasn’t been that long since then, but many would wonder when they would run another card. The highlight from this event would be the ring breaking in the middle of the night. The tag team match had to be scrapped for obvious reasons, and the main event became a falls count anywhere match. I never thought I’d see my self referee one of these things, but this was the night.

Finally, July 31 was the WCWA event in North Attleboro. This was some block party the city has every year. This was my first time refereeing a night of wrestling outdoors. The only real complaint I can have from this is the kids who were spraying fart spray. Fart spray does NOT smell like farts. They smell far worse. They smell bad enough to make you feel sick.

Coming this Saturday will be the final PWF-Northeast show “Wrongful Termination”. Although I haven’t refereed at PWF Northeast much, it has been one of the more fun promotions to work for. If you have never seen a PWF-Northeast event, I’d say make it to this one. It'll be the last one.

Well, until next time...
